I may be getting a bad case of nostalgia and it could be affecting you lot as well but I think we should do a 2142 night, see if theres enough of us to have it as a weekly thing, fri or sat would probably be best. Thoughts and suggestions!
I might give it a go ...but how games have moved on is astounding . it looks pretty plain in the gfx department to say the least . still had a bit of a laugh on it last nite . cant hit a barn door with a banjo though ? im sure I was nearly legend status with that trusty voss in my younger days ....
I would love to get the band back together, but I can never find a server that has a low enough ping to be playable
indeed the comparison between games now is astonishing. Ping was always bad, still is really for bf3+4 , any idea how much it be to rent a server and whether it can be a short term or not?
I have now played 2 nites in a row . I think I have patched my game one to far so I suggest anyone giving it a go only go to patch 1.50 . I think that's why I don't find to many servers the games lag is worst than bf4 by bazzilions standing and unloading two clips into someone and they turn and shoot me is lag in the 3rd degree lol. did enjoy the titan games I had tonight though but im afraid to say it has had its day . surely they could revamp the 2142 with a newer version ? but instead we are going to get cops n robbers aka hardline . ps snoops ... my ping is fine on BF4
damn you steel! I'll just keep saying its server side making my sniping crap lol I've tried a few games and I've got to agree the lag is bad, shame really but nostalgia has a habit of making you forget the lag.
