Is anyone here using Battlescreen on a tablet? If so, what tablet are you using? The latest Battlelog app is not available for the Nexus 7 (2012) and from what I can tell Battlescreen doesn't work on phones, so I'm looking at alternative devices/methods.
gives you an over view of the complete map showing all spotted enemies, squad and team mate positions as well as vehicle etc....
Oh, have to try it on my old original iPad and the newer iPad mini. Going to try and play for the first time tonight.
I tried it using my iPad 3. It worked well and was up to date information, although I didn't like looking to my left all the time to try and look at it, tbh I find it quite useless as all it is, is the map :/
The Battlelog app has finally been updated and now works with my Nexus 7 (2012) so I'll try that out tonight. The commander app is also now available for Android (came out for iOS last week) so I'll install and try that later too.
Tried Battlescreen earlier but it failed to load, no errors thigh, just sits there with a blank screen. The Commander app worked though. Need to get used to the interface as it's quite different to the normal PC version.
Just tried a few rounds with the Commander app on my Nexus 7 (2012), worked well, as did the Battlelog app for server selection and stats. It wasn't what you'd call hectic though, everything is in cool down before it can be used again, so there's a bit of waiting for things to do. As with GFiSH, Battlescreen is just blank though.
I had a few rounds as commander using battlescreen on my ipad. was ok, although those pesky squads just wouldnt do what they were told. Although its always like flicking the other commander the bird when you proxy attack him, and place and emp on every one of his uav scans Its ok, but i havent tried any sort of voice connection with it.
