Awww yusss!! That's something i needed 'cause i am always struggling in changing between shotgun/sniper/scopes on Recon class.
Yeah, same. No more spending a couple minutes switching loadouts at the beginning of each round. The only thing I would like now is to be able to have the same pistol on different kits with different attachments.
So why don't you just edit each of your loadouts? Oooooh you mean like copy weapon and then paste it into other loadout?
No, that's not what I mean. What I want to be able to do is a select the P226 in Assault with, for example the ghost sight, laser and heavy barrel, then select the same pistol in my recon kit but with a silencer instead of a heavy barrel. But whenever you select the attachments for a weapon it overrides any kit using the same pistol. This may have been fixed with the addition on the presets though. It doesn't look like the presets are selectable in game yet though, it looks like you have to ALT+TAB into Battelog to apply the kit, unless I'm missing something.
an alternative to alt tabbing might be to use the battlog app on your phone to select the preset you want
