Looks like the current problem is to do with PunkBuster - see Battlelog - so I thought I'd put this up, may save a bit of time for people. Seemed to work for me, I also updated my AMD graphics driver too, plus it may be useful to do a restart after this as well. Source - forum post: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2979150493797767650/ PunkBuster manual update - relevant post from above: 1- http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloader/download.php?file=1 enter the - on screen security - code and click download 2- run the setup (first time a windows pop up just click "ok") and wait 3- when the PBsetup v.3.7 windows appear just click add game and find your BF4.exe to add it to the list. - it has a list of games including BF4/3 in the drop down menu. 4- just click update and wait 5-you should be good to go
