Hi folks, I'm guessing that a few of you still know me so..... I've decided to put on my running shoes and head out to run the Glasgow Men's 10k for charity on the 15th of June. I'm raising money for: PSC Support Crohn's and Colitis UK The British Liver Trust All of the above charities are really close to my heart as I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2000 and was recently told that I also have Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC).
