Well gentlemen, my willpower has been sorely lacking as of late. Now that Christmas is out of the way, I am committing myself to running four times a week, starting with 5k for the next couple of weeks. I'm seriously considering giving intermittent fasting a try, though I'm not sure how compatible it will be with running. What I do know is that I could do with shedding some weight before the marathon. Anybody else planning on picking it up again, or maybe even managed to stick at it doing the festive period?
