Good day all. It has been a while, I have been working and not been able to game as much in the recent months, I hope everyone is well.

    Update:

Tore two shoulder ligaments attached to my collar bone playing rugby 3 months ago, in result collar bone has also moved over 1 cm (it will not move back into place unless i have an operation (for aesthetic purposes only, and im not looking to become a model )),it has put me out of the gym and general sporting activity for the past few months..

Also have been travelling a lot for business around the world so that had hindered my weight loss (I sit, work, and eat..)...all in all I must have gained near 1 stone :(

I am starting the gym this week with swimming and light weights as my shoulder is slowly healing well so will try update with progress as I go.

Further to my last keyhole on my left knee coming up to two years ago, my right knee feels like it is due to go :/ I pray it doesn't as it will set me back with another operation...

I pray we all stay fit and healthy as it really is one of the most if not the most important thing in life.

Look forward to hearing from you all.

Could do with losing half a stone, just off out for a run.

I am hovering dangerously close to the 13 stone mark again. Ideally I would like to be 11 stone, but I am not sure if that is realistic. My diet has been awful lately, so at least I know where to focus my efforts. Cycling to work every day should help; it's a good way to ride 100 miles a week without impacting on the rest of my activities.

Thank you abgabba, would you consider paying for the DVDs and letting me know how effective they are? As you know, I value your opinion highly, and so I will only buy it once it has your personal seal of approval :)

I could send you a DVD (not original :p) or direct you to the website where you can get them. Watch some videos on youtube. They seem to be very effective. I'll try on my own.... once I have some more time and energy ;)

I stated an exercise program called Dawn Breakers 12 weeks ago and it's changed my life for the better. After 12 weeks of working hard and eating right ive lost 43 pounds (3 stone 1 pound) been the lightest I've been since I was 18 and never felt stronger or healthier. I have one more DB to go before the end off the and hope to lose another stone.

Gentlemen, I have had enough of my current flabby status.

It's time to step up and do something about it, so I am going back on my tried and tested "no junk food & no snacking" regime. Hopefully I'll be able to drop a few pounds in time for the inevitable Christmas indulgence...

In my experience, the first day is the worst day. If I can get through today then I should be able to maintain it for a few weeks, if not longer...

For the 2015 thread, I think we should just change the title of this thread to 2013-2015, what do you all think?
