How much trouble am I in? This keeps causing BF4 to crash.. and freezes up PC.. I have to command promopt end task the error to make it go away...
I'd suggest running dxsetup which is in the battlefield folder first. Retry, then next port of call probably graphics card drivers?
i had something the same or very similar (not sure of the exact wording) happen for a little while when playing BF4. it only happend say....twice in a nights gaming. Hasnt happened in a long time now, im thinking a patch or something to bf4 solved the issue. sorry i cant be of any more use.
