So, for a quid, I get two open face sandwiches. They start with a thick slick of french bread, followed by a slathering of potato salad....ok, not quite the same, but based on the same concept just a lot more mayonnaise and adding slivers of shaved....i dont know how you call it in the UK....its like salami but more like a hot dog....anyways...thats the spread....topped off with a slice of egg, a slice of pickle, a slice of cucumber, a sliver of red bell pepper (removed!), a slice of cheese, a slice of ham, a slice of salami, and to finish it off a sprig of fresh parsley (also removed).....so is this a good deal up in your land or ..... what can you get for lunch for a quid?
