Out of my 60MB down and 3MB up, the one they keep gimped is the 3MB. I'd rather I just got what I paid for, which is 60/3 rather than giving me times i'm allowed to use them and times i'm not. small print reads "never fully use it, unless its a speed test. look the fastest!" /grumble
