Heard rumours that the Nexus 10 (2013) was being launched on 1st November.

Damn you MG. I'm so tempted but don't have £339.

At £339 for the 32GB version, you've got to wonder what kind of a moron you'd have to be to buy an iPhone 5S for £290 more. Unfortunately I spent £450 on a phone just over a year ago, so I cannot justify buying a Nexus 5 right now. MG, how long will you have to wait to receive yours?

What phone do you have now?

I have a Sony Xperia Acro S, which I imported from Singapore in August last year. With taxes and import duty it came to about £450, though the phone itself was about £375. At the time, it was the only waterproof Android phone worth having. I got it a few months before the Xperia Z was announced; had I known it was just around the corner, I'd have waited. Even so, the Acro S has been the best phone I've ever had; much better than the Motorola Defy it replaced, and vastly superior to the Windows Phone nonsense I had before that.

interesting - I've recently got the Galaxy note 3 (it's mahoosive!) - didn't see it in the review against the nexus - probably as it's a freak of engineering

Are you sure there version will work over here?

If he can find a best buy they sell them I think.

Just been reading that a us nexus 4 had no problems in the uk so should be the same for the 5.
