HELP Time For A New Build, Need Help

Been all over the bios and couln't find anything similar to what you were talking about fishy :/ Trying to browse around to see if anyone have had similar troubles but can't find anything soo far, keep the suggestions comming guys if you got any ideas on what to try. Really hope that there is a simple fix to this...

What did you end up doing to solve the problem?

I have a sneaking suspicion that the fish one could be right my next guess would be to flash the bios

Bio setting + some wire work
Been busy with work all weekend and same thing goes today, hoepfully I'll have some gorky pictures ready for you tomorrow
