Good day. Yes Weets, I am Bee-Wry in the world of Battlefield these days (wanted Bee-Ri, but it was taken). I didn't realise these new forums used Gravatar's, so my cover was blown the instant I signed up. Sorry if I caused your stress levels to rise. Whelp, it's been a long time since I last chatted or gamed with any of you, about 3 years if my brain serves me correctly. I like to think I've matured since then, so I am at least tolerable, unlike how I was back then. I know I annoyed a few of you here, for which I apologise. I also left under a cloud, a rather stormy one I think, which is never the best way to leave things. Just playing on the server last night brought back some nice memories of 2142 (does F1lthy scream and shout like he used to or has he mellowed out?) and made me think about how I managed to alienate myself by being a tool. So, I just want to apologise again to all those that I annoyed, upset or stressed out. Found the BFB server by absolute chance on Sunday and played a couple of rounds, played a lot last night, and thought I'd pop on by and say hello. I had fun playing against you guys last night and I hope it's okay if I make the server my regular haunt. On another note, I'm liking the new forums, the colour scheme takes me back somewhat. But, uh, yeah, I'll see you guys on the battlefield.
Oh you're THAT Brian...... What the hell happened at GQ? One minute they were ticking along nicely, then they just shut up shop. Strange timing with BF4 just around the corner.
Site got hacked a couple of months back, no-one around to fix it. Feel like a refugee at the moment, camping at Timeless for now, wearing the tag for legacy's sake. Very few of us about these days, maybe 4 or 5. Lots of us got bored of BF3 quite quickly.
That's happened to us at the original BFB site, REALLY tough to get rid of the code they inserted, and one of the reasons I moved away from vBulletin. Same here. Consolized crud.

Omg sweet mother of god 2 hello posts in 5 years, whatever next?.... Hello Brian, The last time I talked to you on TS at least I can remember giving you a mouthful. Now I am pretty sure I spoke to you at GQ on their shoutybox to make peace. But if not let me re-iterate myself to you. I really liked your hello post as it showed me a humilty and self depreciating post and above all else a raw and brutal honesty which I admire you for. I would be more than welcoming to be part of your squad and look forward for you to playing on the bfb servers as you see fit. From your initial post I see a matured member and even though you were younger 3 years ago we were younger by 3 years ago so I think this evens this out I was shocked and saddened to learn of GQ demise because I was very familiar with the members there and always got on with them no matter if they were part of BFB or GQ. Even though in reality the days of puni, ferdy, lazy, porky, hidden, freddy, martin 8703 are gone. I do hope we have a mutual understanding and I wish you the very best at BFB or whereever you decide to play.

@DragonSVD : I'm still driving a Lupo, but not the one I had when we attended the i-series event. And yes, I am still paying hideous amounts for insurance and even with a decent no claims bonus it still went up last year. I have had to wait for many years to get a Lupo 1.6 GTi, but even now I don't know if anyone will insure me for a reasonable price. @GoRedwings : I never held anything against you mate, I took offence as I usually did back then and the way I dealt with it was to run away, so it was more a 'me' issue than anything else. @GFiSH : You're right, we didn't get on very well last time around, but hopefully this time things will be better. Can't quite remember why we didn't get along, but that's all in the past now. To mirror what you said, here's to new beginnings. @F1lthyrich : Haha, I still remember the way you shouted about snipers in 2142, how could anyone forget?
